The owner of this company "Vinnie Sessa" has been more than reasonable, courteous, and always available to take my calls. We did have issues whit the manufacturer however that was out of the hands of this company. I would recommend "Best Fence" to everyone and I can't stop speaking positively about them. Keep up the good work.

We've used NJ Best twice so far since purchasing our home with an existing sprinkler system; once for winterizing the system in the Fall and again to get the system back up and running this Spring. During set up this March, Victor was our technician and he was phenomenal. We had a few repairs that needed to be made and he explained the issue thoroughly and professionally, which gave me confidence in proceeding with the repair without fear that I was being nickel and dimed for unnecessary repairs. When he was done, he gave me a very comprehensive walk through of how to operate our timer, since this would be the first time we'd be using it. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.

I just got my Fence and Lawn Sprinkler installed, other than the time I sat on hold everything went perfect. They installed my lawn sprinkler system one day and the fence the day before. The employees were excellent. They worked until dark to get my job done. The next morning I could not even tell I had work done other than a beautiful fence that I could not believe went up in one day. My neighbor got their fence installed by another company literarily took them 2 weeks. Well worth paying 300 more. I only missed 1 day of work.

"I finally found a company that I can trust."

As a business owner myself, I have very little time waiting for service calls. I call 4 other companies and no one could come out quick or I could not get a call back. I then saw an add on the clipper magazine. When I called I got a live person and not a voice mail. They scheduled a service call to come out in 4 days and said I would get a call the day before with a 3 hour window. I did get the call and the time was not good for me so I called again and I was told to call the day of my appointment and tent would accommodate me. The only reason I am writing this review because they did everything they said they were going to do. They fit me in there schedule, the technician that came to my home was great. He checked everything and charged me 80.00. In today's world 80.00 is in heard of for a contractor to come to your home. They did tell me 80.00 when I called but I thought for sure they would bill more. I would definitely call them again.

""Couldn't ask for better people""

No issues,called for an estimate and John came out and gave me one. Did their financing which was 0% interest for 18 months also no problems with that process. I requested the estimater to come back out to go over some questions which he did. They gave me the days which they would come out they showed up do a great job installed a white pvc fence. Juan and his son were my installers they were great. No trash was left everything was done correctly. After they were done they walked the fence with me asking if I had any concerns or questions which I didn’t. I am over all thrilled and so are my dogs. Connie was great on the phone, John was great when he came out Juan and his son you couldn’t ask for better people.

I had to have work done on my sprinkler system in Jackson before I could sell my house . I called NJ Best the customer service was excellent . They set up an appointment I believe it was Tony that showed up on time. Installed a back flow valve very clean and neat work . I told Tony I was buying a knew house and I would definitely use your services on my new house . Three months later I called to do sprinkler install at my new house. Again customer service was excellent made an appointment. Joh showed up on time told me what I needed set up the install. The installers showed up on time and were very neat and professional. After that I called Jon to a fence install and also take care of my lawn. The best part of this was about a week later I see the NJ best truck out in front of my house . It was Tony the person I first met when I was having work done in Jackson doing a follow up on the sprinkler install. It was because of Tony and the great customer service that I decided this was the company I wanted doing all the work at my new house. I would highly recommend NJ Best to anyone looking for a great company to work with Mike G.
