We've used NJ Best twice so far since purchasing our home with an existing sprinkler system; once for winterizing the system in the Fall and again to get the system back up and running this Spring. During set up this March, Victor was our technician and he was phenomenal. We had a few repairs that needed to be made and he explained the issue thoroughly and professionally, which gave me confidence in proceeding with the repair without fear that I was being nickel and dimed for unnecessary repairs.
